Skates curriculum

3-Month Skating Curriculum for Beginners

Duration: 12 Weeks (3 Months)
Level: Beginner
Age Group: 4 years and above (can be adapted)
Classes per Week: 3 Days per Week
Session Duration: 60 Minutes

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

Skate confidently with proper posture and balance.
Move forward and backward safely.
Perform controlled turns and stops.
Navigate simple obstacle courses.
Build endurance, coordination, and confidence.
Demonstrate skating etiquette and safety practices.

Month 1 - Foundation & Balance
