Football curriculum

3-Month Football Curriculum for Beginners

Duration: 12 Weeks (3 Months)
Level: Beginner
Age Group: 6–16 Years (Can be adapted for adults)
Classes per Week: 3 Sessions per Week
Session Duration: 75–90 Minutes

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, players will be able to:

Certification

Participants who complete the 12-week program receive a Beginner Football Certificate after successfully demonstrating core football skills and participating in the final mini tournament.
This curriculum is suitable for schools, academies, and beginner training programs such as Pro Play Zone Sports Academy and can be delivered in a progressive, age-appropriate format.
