Pickleball curriculum

3-Month Pickleball Curriculum for Beginners

Duration: 12 Weeks (3 Months)
Level: Beginner
Age Group: 8 Years & Above (Can be adapted for children and adults)
Classes per Week: 3 Classes per Week
Session Duration: 60 Minutes

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will:

Understand pickleball rules and scoring.
Develop correct grip, stance, and footwork.
Master basic shots and serves.
Learn doubles positioning and teamwork.
Build match confidence and sportsmanship.
Play full matches independently.
